In order to train the talent people, Genial Technology decided to hold KPI seminar in Chun Du Hot Spring Resort.
In the morning of Feb. 6th, 2012, the general manager of Genial Mr. Shi invited Human resources consultant Mr. Gao, also invited the manager of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) Mr. Yang going toward Hot spring resort with the leading members of the departments concerned. Totally ten people.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is to help the staff to improve themselves.
Key performance indicators, in practical terms and for strategic development, are objectives to be targeted that will add the most value to the business. These are also referred to as key success indicators.
A KPI can follow the SMART criteria. This means the measure has a Specific purpose for the business, it is Measurable to really get a value of the KPI, the defined norms have to be Achievable, the improvement of a KPI has to be Relevant to the success of the organization, and finally it must be Time phased, which means the value or outcomes are shown for a predefined and relevant period.
The meeting atmosphere was active and the people invited to the meeting were all enthusiastic. They talk actively willing to share their experience.
In Feb. 8th, 2012, the meeting was over. Mr. Shi organized us to do outdoor activities, to enjoy hot spring, to climb mountain, also to take a lot photo. Thus, the journey in Yang Chun town was held successfully.
